Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notice
The Coronavirus is worrying for us all. The health and well-being of our staff and clients is paramount and during this time of uncertainty we are working hard to ensure that we are protecting both our employees and our clients above all else.
We are continuing to represent our clients and to take new clients on and we are committed to operating effectively and delivering excellent client service. As COVID-19 spreads more widely in the UK however, we have put in place some steps to help protect the health and safety of all whilst continuing to offer our clients excellent levels of service.
From Monday 23rd March 2020 our offices are closed to the public but please rest assured we remain very much open for business and for our clients, just in a way that better protects public health and the health of our staff.
Our office continues to be staffed but clients will not be seen in person. Advice, representation and the continuation of your matter will instead be provided by telephone and email.
We are well equipped for the situation we now find ourselves in and we have the resources, systems and infrastructure to continue to support you.
Existing clients should continue to email the person handling their matter as usual or telephone the office on 01253 781010 to speak to them. Our telephone lines will remain in full operation during normal office hours (9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday).
Paperwork can be delivered to our post box on the Park Road side of the office building.
New clients can telephone the office on the same number or alternatively can email firstname.lastname@example.org
We will now only accept payments via bank transfer or by card payment over the telephone. We no longer accept payment by cheque or cash.
We continue to monitor the changing situation and will provide updates on our approach to these unprecedented circumstances as and when there are changes. We thank you in advance for your help and support with this challenging situation, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
