Coronavirus / COVID-19 Notice
Whilst we have continued to represent our clients and to take on new clients thoroughout the pandemic, we had previously taken the decision to not see clients in person at our office.
Following a COVID-19 risk assessment, we are pleased to confirm that we will now be seeing clients in person again.
In order to help protect the health and safety of clients and staff:
Existing clients should continue to email the person handling their matter as usual or telephone the office on 01253 781010 to speak to them. Our telephone lines will remain in operation during normal office hours (9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday).
Paperwork can be delivered to our post box on the Park Road side of the office building.
New clients can telephone the office on the same number or alternatively can email firstname.lastname@example.org
We now only accept payments via bank transfer or by card payment over the telephone. We no longer accept payment by cheque or cash.
We continue to monitor the changing situation and will provide updates on our approach as and when there are changes. We thank you in advance for your help and support with this challenging situation, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
