Coronavirus / COVID-19 Notice – June 2020

Coronavirus / COVID-19 Notice

Whilst we have continued to represent our clients and to take on new clients thoroughout the pandemic, we had previously taken the decision to not see clients in person at our office.

Following a COVID-19 risk assessment, we are pleased to confirm that we will now be seeing clients in person again.

In order to help protect the health and safety of clients and staff:

  1. Face to face consultations are strictly by appointment only. Please telephone the office on 01253 781010 on arrival to gain entry. Please do not attend our office unless by prior appointment.
  2. Please do not attend our office under any circumstances if you have, or have had in the last 7 days, a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss of smell or taste.
  3. Advice, representation and the continuation of your matter can still be provided by telephone and email so please only seek to make a face to face appointment if absolutely necessary.
  4. Common contact surfaces are regularly cleaned and hand sanitiser is available throughout our office for the use of clients and staff.
  5. Screens have been erected in our reception area and client interview room.
